What the price buys

The whole workspace, once.

Show Ledger, buyer contacts, Pitch Desk, templates, advance files, market records, and buyer-facing outputs. The same product areas the demonstration walks through, with your records instead of the sample.

Account model
One account, one login. One artist workspace per account today. Team invitations are not available yet, which is also why there is nothing to charge per user.
Files
Stage plots, riders, tax documents, photos, logos, bios, and video, up to 500 MB per file, private to your signed-in account.
What lifetime means
Access to the TourLedgers account you purchase for as long as TourLedgers operates. It is tied to your account and is not a promise of specific future features.

Pricing FAQ

The important questions, answered plainly.

Does TourLedgers book shows for me?

No. TourLedgers is operating software, not a booking agency. It helps you organize the proof, contacts, files, and follow-up behind your booking work.

Is TourLedgers an EPK builder?

A buyer-facing artist profile is one output. The core product is the operating system underneath it: show history, contacts, pitches, documents, market records, and reports.

Can I add past shows?

Yes. Show history can be added as you build out the account.

Is there a free plan?

TourLedgers is a single one-time purchase: $300 for lifetime access to the full system. There are no monthly plans, add-on tiers, or paid services.

Is TourLedgers a monthly subscription?

No. TourLedgers is a single $300 payment for lifetime access, with no recurring subscription.

What does lifetime access cover?

Lifetime access covers the TourLedgers account you purchase for as long as TourLedgers operates. It is tied to your account rather than transferable, and it is not a promise of specific future features.

How many people can use one account?

One login per account today. Team invitations are not available yet. There are no per-user charges because there are no extra users to charge for.

What happens right after payment?

Stripe confirms the payment and your account activates automatically. If the email address on the account has not been confirmed as yours, the TourLedgers team reviews it before sign-in.

Can buyers see my numbers?

Not unless you put them in a message yourself. Public pages and report links use an allowlist: date, room, city, role, capacity, and paid draw for shows, market averages, and whether production files are current. Guarantees, gross, net, merch, expenses, buyer contacts, notes, and tax documents are never included.
