Does TourLedgers get me booked?
No. TourLedgers is a tool, not an agency. It makes you bookable: clean numbers, clean assets, real follow-up, and a buyer-facing profile a venue will actually open. Booking is still on you (or your team).
Is this just an EPK?
No. The EPK is one output. The product is the artist business system underneath: Show Ledger, Pitch Desk, Buyer CRM, Deal Tracker, Advance Vault, Market Scorecards, Tour Math, and Buyer Reports.
Can I use this without a manager?
Yes. Most Artist Pro users are independent acts running their own booking. The system is designed for that exact case. If you have a manager, Artist Business adds team access.
Can I track past shows?
Yes. You can backfill your show history at any time. Done-For-You Setup includes show history import as part of the service if you would rather hand it off.
Can I export a buyer report?
Yes. Printable buyer reports and live custom buyer links are included on Artist Pro and above. Reports include show ledger, draw, market scorecards, and assets.
Do I need real ticket numbers?
For full bookability, yes. The score and the buyer report are anchored on draw, percentage of capacity, and merch. You can start with what you remember and tighten it as you log new shows.
Is there a free plan?
No. TourLedgers is a paid tool. The Bookability Audit at $99 is the lightest entry point and is a one-time payment, not a subscription.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Monthly plans cancel at any time. You keep access through the end of the billing period and your data exports cleanly on the way out.
