Use TourLedgers as operating software.

These terms set the practical boundaries for private beta use. The short version: enter accurate data, use the product for legitimate booking work, and do not treat software as a guarantee of bookings.

Software service

  • TourLedgers is software for organizing artist business data, booking history, buyer contacts, pitch materials, reports, and operational workflows.
  • TourLedgers is not a booking agency, management company, record label, legal advisor, tax advisor, or financial advisor.

No booking guarantee

  • TourLedgers does not guarantee bookings, revenue, venue responses, buyer decisions, tour outcomes, or specific business results.
  • The product helps organize proof and process. Buyers make their own decisions.

User responsibility

  • Users are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and ownership of the information, contacts, files, show history, reports, and notes they enter.
  • Users should not upload or publish data they do not have permission to use.

Payments

  • Paid plans and services are billed manually through QuickBooks unless a different written billing method is agreed.
  • Users are responsible for paying invoices by the stated due date to keep paid access active.

Acceptable use

  • Do not use TourLedgers to send spam, harass buyers, upload malware, misrepresent business data, violate laws, or abuse public report links.
  • Do not attempt to bypass route protection, account limits, or private beta access controls.

Account termination

  • Accounts may be suspended or terminated for misuse, security risk, non-payment when billing is active, or activity that harms the service or other users.
