Use TourLedgers as operating software.

Enter accurate information, use the service for legitimate artist-business work, and do not treat software as a promise of bookings or outcomes.

Software service

TourLedgers is software for organizing artist business data, show history, buyer contacts, pitch materials, files, reports, and related operating workflows.
TourLedgers is not a booking agency, management company, record label, legal adviser, tax adviser, or financial adviser.

No booking guarantee

TourLedgers does not guarantee bookings, responses, revenue, buyer decisions, tour outcomes, or other business results.
The service helps organize proof and process. Buyers and other business participants make their own decisions.

User responsibility

Users are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and ownership of the contacts, show history, files, reports, pitches, and notes they enter.
Users must not upload, publish, or share material they do not have permission to use.

Plans and billing

Paid plans and services are activated after account scope and billing details are confirmed.
Billing is handled manually through QuickBooks unless a different written billing method is agreed.

Acceptable use

Do not use TourLedgers to send spam, harass contacts, upload malware, misrepresent business information, violate laws, or abuse public report links.
Do not attempt to bypass route protection, account controls, access-code requirements, or ownership checks.

Account action and support

Accounts may be suspended or terminated for misuse, security risk, non-payment, or activity that harms the service or other users.
