How TourLedgers handles account and business data.

TourLedgers stores the operating information artists and small teams use for booking work. This page explains the practical categories of data involved and what leaves the workspace.

Account information

TourLedgers collects the name, email address, password credentials, session information, account status, and purchase status needed to create and operate an account.
Passwords are processed as salted hashes. The application does not store plain-text passwords.

Payment

Payment for lifetime access is handled by Stripe Checkout. TourLedgers records the outcome of the payment and the order reference. Card numbers never reach TourLedgers.

Artist and business records

The service stores the artist profiles, booking contact details, show history, buyer contacts, pitches, market records, reports, and business notes entered by account users.
Users are responsible for entering information they are permitted to store and use.

Uploaded files

TourLedgers can store booking and advance files such as stage plots, input lists, riders, tax documents, photos, logos, bios, and settlement materials.
Uploaded files are private to the signed-in account. They are intended for artist booking and production operations, not general personal-document storage.

How information is used

Account and business information is used to operate the product, protect accounts, provide requested features, troubleshoot issues, and improve service reliability.
TourLedgers does not sell user data and does not run third-party advertising or behavioral analytics on the site.

Buyer-facing sharing

Public artist pages and report links show only allowlisted fields: artist details and links, show dates, rooms, cities, roles, capacity, and paid draw, market averages, and whether production files are current.
Guarantees, gross, net, merch, expenses, buyer contacts, private notes, internal scores, and tax or settlement documents are never included in buyer-facing output.
Users choose when a page is published and when a report link is on, and can turn either off at any time.
